My mission is to create awareness and a better understanding about Reverse Mortgages, in the senior community, as well as the professional community. I want to educate people completely, accurately and honestly about the pros and cons of Reverse Mortgages. Through this effort I hope to make a difference in the lives of many Texas seniors.

As a senior myself, I’m 78, I know the many financial uncertainties seniors are facing as they approach retirement, or that are now retired and living on fixed incomes. During the past 12 years I’ve help hundreds of Texas seniors with their Reverse Mortgages. I know the local real estate market, and I know the reverse mortgage program - In 2005 I did a reverse mortgage on my own home. I can give my clients a total understanding of the whole process from both sides... as a borrower and as a reverse mortgage loan officer.
During our conversation, I will be able to give you (and any interested friends or family members) information on the reverse mortgage program and answer all your questions. I then follow up with a full Proposal/information package, which includes an estimate of how much money you are eligible to receive.

A reverse mortgage is not a “one size fits all” product. Each senior’s situation is unique; therefore, I work to create a partnership with my clients as they go through the reverse mortgage progress. This begins with answering questions and providing you with truthful and personalized information. I’ll explain the positives, which are obvious —money now with no repayment as long as you live in your home*; but I’ll also explain what some people feel is a negative — the cost.
Then, if you decide this program is right for you, I bring the loan application documents to you at your home where we can discuss the program face-to-face.
